About the Artist:
The in Stockholm located Artist Cheluz was born in Concepcion in Chile. At the age of 12 they moved to Sweden. He is an artist who writes and sings in the Reggae and Dancehall styles. He began his musical career in Stockholm and there formed his first band called Roots Reggae "brothers and sisters" ("bröder & systrar") with great influence of the Rasta movement (2000-2002). In 2004, with the same band members and others, they formed the current "heart beat" (Slag från Hjärtat), who plays Modern Roots Reggae and always makes the audience dancing and feel joy in my heart. This band has been quite successful in Sweden, growing to over a hundred thousand views on YouTube. The group has performed at major Raggae festivals in Sweden, for example, in the Uppsala Reggae Festival, sharing the stage with other national and international famous bands like Bunny Wailer, Mavado, Busy Signal, and Million Stylez.

In 2008 Cheluz began writing songs in Spanish recording with other renowned producers who have worked with artists like Collie Buddz, Million Stylez, Rebellious and Danjah, among others. In 2009 he was on tour in Chile with Million Stylez and DJ Prince, where he had the opportunity to present to the public in various cities of their native homeland.
