About the Artist:
Jolene aka Jo Money was born in London and is half St. Lucia and half Trini. He has been performing and writing songs for nearly 20 years but just recently she took the Soca path.

She is inspired by her surroundings and has always be involved in Caribbean events. She also played steel pans for 26 years and is currently an avid member of one of the most internationally known bands – the Mangrove Steel Orchestra.

For the past two years Jolene designed and created costumes for Nottinghill Carnival which led her creating an Arts company called 'Too Fly'. This focuses on musical and creative design.

As a female in this industry Jolene got told many times that she cannot encompass these rolls collectively. The song 'Mash up' is a statement saying 'YES I CAN'.

The response to my first Soca single she describes as amazing. Currently Jolene is a part of a music collective known as 'The Riddim Up Army' which houses a number if very talented artists/artistes. They all work alongside producer Darren 'Soca child' Skerrit and perform tracks alongside the in house Deejay Mr Wotless.

In the near future she has some projects planned alongside other British Artist such as 'Chardanai', Big Bad and DJ QT2Hype. Jo Money has every confidence that these songs will 'tun over'  parties near and wide.
