About the Artists:
The versatility and talent of the French singing artist Keen’V is incredibly big. His voice is very recognizable and his flow can be fast or slow. The Album ‘phenom’n’ was highly discussed because of provocating lyrics but it got a high acceptance by the listeners. His breakout single ‘j’amerais trop’ got in 2011 number 3 on the French single charts. Since then and even before all commercial success he is constantly a huge name on the charts. The Album ‘Carpe Diem’ followed quick. In 2012 he got the NRJ Music Award and received the award for ‘Francophone Revelation of the Year” and released also the second album ‘la vie est belle…’. Also in the following years he had some Nominations for the NRJ Music Awards in different categories. In 2013 he even released two more albums and another one in 2014 called ‘saltimbanque’. All of them show through how many different sources Keen’V inspired. Also in Belgium he got again and again in the charts.
It is a fact that his soca, even if it is crossing the borders of dance music and turning into soca, it is not communicated like that.
Before his huge career as a singer he studied and worked as a fire fighter.
